Metro’s plan includes access to opportunity, which is why we are developing North Hollywood Station in the bustling NoHo Arts District. This joint development project includes a new transit center, a new public park, new station portals, 1,527 housing units (311 affordable), neighborhood-serving retail, office space and parking.
Metro entered into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with Trammell Crow Company and High Street Residential to develop this site in Summer of 2016. The project is in environmental review, with the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) available for public review and comment from April 7, 2022 to May 23, 2022. The Draft EIR and further details on this project can be found on the City of L.A. Planning’s website: https://planning.lacity.org/development-services/eir/district-noho-project-0
District NoHo will be built in phases so that all transit services can remain open during construction. The first phase will be a temporary transit center, followed by a permanent transit center and the first block of affordable housing.
