Metro’s plan includes access to opportunity, which is why we are partnering with East LA Community Corporation and Bridge Housing Corporation – Southern California to build near Soto Station in Boyle Heights. This joint development project includes 64 affordable and supportive housing units and retail.

Status

Metro and the developer for this project, a joint venture between East LA Community Corporation and Bridge Housing Corporation – Southern California, signed a Joint Development Agreement in 2021. The ground lease is expected to be executed by December 2021. Construction will start soon after the ground lease is executed and will be completed approximately in the summer of 2024.
