The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) will temporarily suspend rail service on the A Line (Blue) between Del Amo and Pacific Avenue stations from 4 a.m. Saturday, March 6, through the end of service on Sunday, March 7, to perform routine system maintenance.
Metro will provide a free bus shuttle service between the following rail stations that will be out of service: Del Amo, Wardlow, Willow, Pacific Coast Highway, Anaheim Street, 5th Street, 1st Street, Downtown Long Beach and Pacific Avenue. During the work, Regular A Line (Blue) Line rail service will continue to run between downtown Los Angeles and Del Amo Station.
Shuttle bus service will run the usual A Line weekend schedule with buses every 12 minutes between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and every 20 minutes at all other times. Metro recommends passengers plan allow extra time if using the A Line.
