I-710 South Early Action Soundwall Projects are consistent with the I-710 South Corridor project alternatives and are being advanced for earlier delivery. This project includes five miles of new sound walls along the I-710 as well as an additional seven miles of existing walls that are being aesthetically treated to match the new walls.
Status
Metro is partnering with several agencies on this project, including Caltrans, Gateway Cities Council of Governments and I-710 corridor cities. We have concluded a feasibility study and Preliminary Engineering. Final plans and estimates are expected to be completed in the Summer of 2023.
