NOW AVAILABLE – Developer Bench Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 

Metro has released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a bench of qualified developers to partner with Metro on 20 new development opportunities (“10K Sites”). The RFQ will help identify qualified developers with a track record of successful development projects and a deep understanding of planning, designing, financing, and community needs. Selected qualified developers will then be given the opportunity to respond to site-specific Requests for Proposals for each of the 10K Sites. 

On September 18, 2023, Metro held a virtual pre-submittal conference to provide an overview of the Bench RFQ schedule and requirements, 10K Sites, and requirements to comply with Metro’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Attendance was not mandatory but strongly encouraged for developers interested in responding to the RFQ. RFQ Deadlines

Thursday, September 28, 2023 no later than 5:00 pm (PDT): Developers interested in responding to the RFQ are strongly encouraged to complete an Interest Form to ensure they receive any amendments and updated answers to questions Metro may issue. The deadline to complete an Interest Form and submit RFQ questions to JDbids@metro.net is September 28, 2023 5:00 pm (PDT).     

Wednesday, October 11, 2023 no later than 3:00 pm (PDT):  Application due date.
