Metro’s Community Leadership Council (CLC) engages residents, businesses, and advocates to shape outreach during construction of the East San Fernando Valley Light Rail Transit Project. The CLC helps ensure the project reflects community priorities and keeps stakeholders informed.

Community Collaboration

About the CLC

The Community Leadership Council brings together 15 local residents, business owners, workers, and students to guide outreach during construction. Members meet quarterly to share community insights, raise awareness about the project, and help Metro respond to neighborhood needs.

The CLC reflects the diversity of the corridor and includes environmental advocates, economic development leaders, and long-time community members. Together, they help ensure the project is inclusive, transparent, and informed by local voices.
