Metro takes sexual harassment very seriously. The riding public and Metro employees are encouraged to use the information below to report incidents of sexual harassment or related crimes. Expert confidential counselors are available for support and services 24/7 via the It’s Off Limits Hotline.
Overview
Speak up about unwanted touching, comments and gestures. Sexual harassment is not tolerated on Metro. If you experience or see sexual harassment, please report it:

It's Off Limits
If you have been a victim of sexual harassment while riding Metro and you are looking for counseling support, we are here to listen. Our confidential 24-hour, seven day a week hotline can be reached at 1.844.OFF.LIMITS (1.844.633.5464).
The Off Limits program ensures that calls reporting sexual harassment get a priority response from our law enforcement partners and Metro Transit Security. Calls are tracked for response times because faster response times benefit our passengers and employees. In addition, having expert confidential counselors 24/7 provides support for those that have been involved in a terrible situation.
