Overview
Metro’s Board Motion 26.1-PSAC and the 2022 Customer Experience Plan identified bus stops as a primary pain point for customers. Creating better, cleaner and amenitized bus stops is defined as a goal to improve customers’ experiences.
Metro’s Board Motion 2023-0184 is a starting point for a region-wide conversation focused on enhancing bus stops in Greater Los Angeles while establishing an aspirational approach for improving regional bus stops, proposing strategies to balance operational constraints and realities with the requests and needs of Metro’s riders, transit partners, and community stakeholders.
