Utility Investigation & Cable Pulling: Flower St -11th St to 12th St

Summary
Regional Connector Constructors (RCC) will conduct utility investigation and cable pulling at a manhole at the Flower St and 12th St intersection.
Work is anticipated to begin Friday, December 3, 2021 and continue for two nights only. Anticipated work hours, weather permitting, are 9 pm to 6 am Friday and Saturday.
Essentials
Activities include traffic control set up, equipment mobilization, cable pulling, and inspection of conduits.
Crosswalks near the intersection will be maintained. Pedestrian access will be maintained outside of the work area.
Access to businesses and driveways will be maintained during work hours.
What to Expect
Thru traffic will be maintained on southbound Flower St.
A lane reduction will be in place on Flower St between 11th St and 12th St.
Left turns from Flower St to 12th St will be restricted during work hours.
