Exploring rail options for a 2.5-mile northern extension of the East San Fernando Valley Transit Corridor Project to better serve Pacoima, Sylmar, and San Fernando.

Metro completed a supplemental study to evaluate rail transit options in the 2.5-mile shared right-of-way along San Fernando Road between Van Nuys Boulevard and Sylmar/San Fernando Metrolink Station. Alternatives include a light rail extension with three new stations and a new Pacoima Metrolink station with a mobility hub.
