Metro’s plan involves increasing access to opportunity by partnering to build near Expo/Crenshaw Station on the E Line (Expo) and future Metro Rail created by the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project. This joint development project with LA County will have approximately 400 residential units, including affordable housing, retail and community space.

Status

Watt Companies has been selected as the developer for the Expo/Crenshaw Station project. This project is currently under review by the City of Los Angeles, which includes community outreach by the developer.

Construction is expected to take approximately two years after all approvals are received.
