Title is a temporary name of the image and is not used in the presentation. It is just used to differentiate which card is which in the editor.

URL is where the image goes when clicked. If empty the image will not go anywhere when clicked. Note you can click on the gear icon to change how the link acts.

Image is what image to display. They are fit to the form factor of the design which can be changed in the Style tab.
